Who We Are
Attestica.AI is a Calgary-based company building the operating system for AI governance and assurance.
As organizations accelerate AI adoption, governance is becoming a business-critical capability. Attestica helps organizations move from fragmented oversight to a structured, evidence-based approach that enables trust, accountability, and scale.
Founding
Attestica.AI was founded by a governance, risk, and compliance leader with nearly two decades of experience building governance systems that hold up under regulatory scrutiny, audit, and boardroom pressure.
Across industries, he has led GRC programs, SOX compliance, risk management, internal controls, assurance, and technology governance. He kept seeing the same pattern with AI: organizations were moving fast, but governance, evidence, and accountability were scattered across disconnected tools and teams.
He founded Attestica to change that—governing AI with the same rigor, transparency, and confidence demanded of every other critical business system.
The founder holds a Graduate Degree in Information Systems from Harvard University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Innovation, Law and Technology from the University of Toronto. His background across technology, governance, risk, compliance, and law shapes Attestica's mission: help organizations govern AI responsibly and demonstrate trust at scale.
